I suspect that the answer to each question will be either yes or no, unless the phrase "can you solve" is being used more colloquially to mean "is it possible to solve" in which case I suspect the answer to each is likely to be yes.
Though wouldn't it be cool if occasionally there was an impossible problem and you needed to prove that it could not be solved.

BOLDFACE JACKLIGHT ME PRECONQUEST VIEW OXYGENIZE

What is the pattern?

Don't know if you'd really call it a pattern, but it has the whole alphabet scattered across, in order, if you shuffle the letters of the words. Seems like there should be something a bit deeper, yet, but I can't say I notice anything further than that.

I solved the top fish puzzle you posted, and already knew the Euler Trail. Not sure I have had enough free time to go through the rest, yet.

Edit -- I just tried the Pirate Code one, and had the right general idea, but botched it up.

A bucket and spade cost $1.10 to buy. If a bucket cost 1 more dollar than the spade how much does the bucket cost?

x + ( x + 1.00 ) = 1.10
2x + 1.00 = 1.10
2x = .10
x= 0.5

Which cup fills first?

Why? Why are these things all over the place these days. This variation seems particularly silly because all paths except for 5 are blocked! Perhaps a more interesting question is, what is the significance of 4,9,5 & 7 and what is this an ad for anyway?

Also there would probably not be enough coffee in the jug to fill 5 anyway.

i agree, approximately 3 1/2+ chambers have to fill to get any coffee in cup 5
