I like Hamill's response because I like sarcasm and irony but I am also aware of how useless sarcasm and irony are in general and how masterful (no, I mean it) the Donald's tweets are. This is verbal WWF! Character smack downs, narrative-rewriting. Even if you read it as bull it leaves barbs in your subconscious - like how, for years, pundits have been saying tat such and such is "widely discredited" when it isn't but they don't like it - the Donald is "deligitimising" Bannon (tossing him out of his own right wing) and the liberals are left trying to rehabilitate him into an ally. The whole situation is hilarious.
