I got into big trouble a few years ago by my friend who told me off for discriminating against dogs because of their breeds. Apparently this is a thing now.

I said that i love Kelpies and Border Collies as pets and wouldn't accept anything else. I also said i dislike Poodles because my aunties Poodle used to bite me all the time for no reason when i was a kid. I was told that this is not acceptable and that i am a small minded and ignorant. She literally yelled at me for 45 minutes in the middle of the street. I was so confused.

No you are totally right. Border Collies are awesome. Being awesome is a valid dog-discriminating argument
