No. You are confusing sexuality with sex, and gender is not a binary. Sexuality is orientation (gay/straight). Sex is physical genitals with males having testosterone and females having estrogen. Gender is intrinsic (you are what you think you are) and has nothing to do with genitals.

Wrong, gender is based on Chromosomes. Those Chromosomes almost always dictate what genitals will be present, without human intervention. Sexuality and/or sexual orientation is not gender.

Red is using the word gender, which has been used in the English language as a synonym for sex for centuries and you are using the technical sociological term gender first used in its academic sense in the 70s, gained currency in universities in the 90s and really seems to have gone on a major public jihad since maybe 2005 - so all these young people trying to tell old people what an old word means are seemingly simply unaware that they are using the word in a novel and untraditional way.

The current trendy use of the word "gender" is relatively new. Even in sociology it seems ill defined sometimes - it smacks a bit of woo. In disciplines that have adopted the term it seems even less well defined and among the general public it operates much more like a woo word kind of like other sciencey words that have been adopted by new agers "quantum,, "energy" and "frequency" where they operate as mystery words that imply - this is complicated, I understand it and you don't, I am the shaman: don't question me, just do as I say.

Hopefully one day the linguists will stand up and rebel - they, at least, have a fairly straight forward and useful definition of gender.

Anthony Weiner Sentenced to 21 Months in Prison

Anthony Weiner was sentenced to 21 months in prison for exchanging sexually explicit messages with a 15-year-old girl, capping the spectacular fall of the former congressman whose self-destructive behavior wrecked his career and marriage and played a role in the final days of the 2016 presidential campaign.

“The crime I committed was my rock bottom,” a tearful Weiner told U.S. District Judge Denise Cote. He was ordered to surrender to prison on Nov. 6.

“I was a very sick man for a long period of time, but I am also responsible for the damage I have done,” he said. “I have no excuse.”

Glee Star Mark Salling Gets Prison Time for Child Porn Charges

Glee actor Mark Salling has agreed to plead guilty to possessing a massive amount of child pornography. Salling could spend up to 20 years in federal prison and will have to register as a sex offender for life when he is released from prison. In addition, the Glee star will not be allowed near any places where children might be, like schools, arcades, Chucky Cheese, etc. and will have to give up his computer for random searches and seizures as well as enter in a treatment program. The plea agreement still needs formal approval by the judge.

35-year old Mark Salling reportedly showed an ex-girlfriend the sexual imagery depicting minors in hope that they could use it in the context of their sexual relationship. In his plea agreement, the actor admitted to downloading more than 50,000 images of child pornography and erotica, sexualized images of children, on his laptop and another 4,000 photos and 160 videos of child pornography on a thumb drive. An officer who described the images as children as young as 10 in sexual situations and called the content disturbing. The content was downloaded from at least April through December 2015, according to the indictment. Salling's ex reported him to law enforcement after she saw the images.

The Lovin' Spoonful Kicks Out Member Jerry Yester After Child Porn Arrest

(TMZ) -- Founding members of The Lovin' Spoonful didn't wait long to can guitarist Jerry Yester -- he's now officially out of the band after his arrest for child porn possession.

Mark Logsdon, publicist for the band, tells TMZ ... drummer Joe Butlerand bassist Steve Booneheld a meeting shortly after Yester was charged, and decided he had to go. TMZ was told they don't have a replacement yet, so they've canceled concert dates until October 27 while they search.

The band says, "We are as numbed and shocked as the public is about these serious charges that have been brought against [Yester]."

TMZ broke the story ... 74-year-old Yester was busted last week and faces 30 counts of possession of child porn.

Police: 1 arrested, 2 on the loose after child care workers play with sex in front of toddlers



The Chandler Police Department said they arrested one child care employee and are searching for two more after they brought a sex toy to the center where they work.

After a video of the employees playing with the toy in front of children surfaced online and a report was filed, Chandler PD's Special Victims Unit was able to identify three women.

Janae Peterson, 21, was arrested Tuesday night on one count of failure to report, police said. She was seen in the video watching 25-year-old Gabriella Del Carmen Garcia playing with the toy while 24-year-old Fatina Sawyer filmed.

Peterson has since been released, police said.

Chandler PD said the Criminal Apprehension Unit are attempting to locate Del Carmen Garcia and Sawyer.

The Superkids day care center, located on Warner and Alma School roads, said all three employees have been fired.

Superkids said the incident occurred Monday. The video that was filmed shows a staff member handing the plastic phallic sex toy to a child, as well as a staff member simulating masturbation with the toy, in front of young children.

Police said probable cause exists for the arrest of Del Carmen Garcia and Sawyer. Detectives are asking the two women to turn themselves into Chandler PD's main station precinct.

“I’m sorry,” Feldman replied.

AN ARTIST has accused movie director and convicted child rapist Roman Polanski of taking photos of her naked on a deserted beach wearing an open fur coat before sexually molesting her when she was just 10-years-old.

Speaking for the first time, Marianne Barnard said she was inspired to tell her harrowing story of abuse by actress Rose McGowan and all the other women who had come forward and made allegations about shamed movie mogul Harvey Weinstein.

She has now launched a petition to have disgraced film director Polanski – who is currently on the run from the US authorities in Europe after raping a 13-year-old girl in the seventies – removed from the board of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.

And she told Sun Online she hopes by breaking her silence she will encourage more abuse victims to come forward and is taking part in a campaign on social media called #SilenceIsTheEnemy.

In another interview last year, actor Elijah Wood, who also got his start in Hollywood as a child star, claimed that “organized” sexual abuse of children existed in the entertainment industry.

FLASHBACK: Corey Feldman Named His Abusers In 1993; Police Did Nothing

What about when the statute of limitations was not in play? Did Corey Feldman name his abusers then? Shockingly, recent evidence shows that in 1993, when Corey Feldman was just 22, the child actor did indeed tell police the names of his sexual abusers . . . and they did nothing.

In 2013, when Corey Feldman began speaking out about Hollywood pedophilia in his book, Corieography, Radar Online uncovered a secret police recording from 1993 in which Feldman stated he had been molested as a child in Hollywood and even named those who did it. For legal reasons, the recording had the names edited out; Feldman identifies them in his memoir as "Ron," "Tony," "Burnham" and "Crimson" — all pseudonyms.

For some inexplicable reason, the recording that Radar Online provided has vanished, leaving behind only an embed code where it once stood. When searching online, the only evidence to confirm that the tape did indeed exist was a cheap video recording of a CBS News segment from 2011. Why has the recording vanished?
