HA! ah yes, I have seen a few of those during my career.........I got very good asking people certain pointed questions so I would

1. know exactly what they needed (even if they didn't know)
2. figure out if the client was SO stupid doing the job was not worth the trouble
3. determined if this client actually was able to pay. If not, I was OUT of there!
