Does this pass the smell test?

I'm looking to cut the cord on traditional TV "cable" and go straight internet. I'm mostly limited to the big 2, Comcast and AT&T. Neither are a great option for various reasons. 4GLTE and 5G home solutions are seemingly not available here...... Or is is? Seems too good to be true. Google at first glance is not my friend.

Thoughts?
