The story failed to mention the great humanitarian efforts the benevolent Japanese made at finding jobs for unemployed Taiwanese (1895) , Chinese (1895), and Koreans (1910). Japanese efforts at helping the Chinese population control programs in the city of Nanking in 1937 & 38 were particularly impressive.
