The confrontation occurred Sunday evening at the Gulf station located on Cullen Boulevard near Yellowstone in southeast Houston.


A person who has a right to be present at the location where the force is used, who has not provoked the person against whom the force is used, and who is not engaged in criminal activity at the time the force is used is not required to retreat before using force as described by this section.
 
I'm really conflicted here. Stand your ground law is clearly racist, but the person using it is a black woman. Maybe she is a cornball sister? Oh lord I hope a network TV station has a report soon so I know what to think about this :(
