It could be an honest mistake - just catching the url with bad pattern matching - or it had noticed a spike in this url and assumed that it was part of a spam attack (which is worrying in itself for organizers of campaigns). On the other hand - it's pretty simple to slip something into a black-list and then, after the event say - ooops. Sorry.
 
if that video is correct and only One email recipient is being sent that email it sure is odd. usually spam is detected when you have a ton of recipients getting one email.
