In a country where Awlaki was more popular than the government, security forces shoot and kill protesters in the long running anti-government protests. No call expected for any no-fly zones.

The death toll in Syria since anti-government protests erupted in March has now topped 3,000, including at least 187 children, Pillay said. More than 100 people have died in the last 10 days, she said.

And the rebels in Libya have been killing people who don't want them as government and NATO has been bombing city blocks and killing civilians but no complaints about that either. The rulers (like a magician) direct your attention only to what they want you to look at, not what's really going on.
