You have the right to refuse a Breathalyzer, or do you...

A "side effect" of not getting rid of the death penalty and Guantanamo Bay, ergo, not respecting the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

For MN, the short version of the law is refusal to take a DWI test is treated as admission of guilt. I'd think that'd make law enforcement's job even easier.

kinda funny... that happened to a feller here across town after he passed the breathalyzer and the field sobriety test... the blood test was negative too... cop was just sure tho... guess thats what matters most...

In Australia, if you refuse a breathalyser, they simply charge you with refusing to provide a breath analysis which can lead to harsher penalties than drink driving itself. We have never had anything like a field sobriety test, it's always been the bag or the breathalyser.
