This is cool. Yeah 10 seconds is not enough to drive out of town. If hooked to automated systems it is enough time to shutdown utilities. Gas lines could be turned off. Trains could begin stopping. Stop/Go lights could be slowed down. First responders could be notified to get ready. Etc.
