So the woman who claimed to have a fake breast implanted was faking and the fake breast was actually a fake. Meanwhile the internet attention and "fame" seems to have been real. So are people upset that the fake breast was not the kind of fake breast that she said it was?

It has been speculated since the story first came out that she had to be wearing a prosthetic, even if you could find a plastic surgeon, there is not enough skin to work with over the sternum.
