4th of July "DUI Checkpoint" - Drug Dogs, Searched without Consent, while Innocent

Checkpoints are against the MN Constitution. As are speed cameras and red light cameras. Darn liberal State.

That happens here all the time, especially around the Christmas holidays. Two summers ago I got snared in one of those and got a ticket for not having my day time running lights working. It was an actual malfunction which I explained to the cop. I ended up fixing it myself and fought the ticket which was ripped up for me by a magistrate.
