ACLU has brought a lawsuit against a school in Minnesota. The school receives government money for education. It appears the school day ends then the buses come 1 hour later. For this 1 hour the school has religious services. However, it appears no other activity might be available for the 1 hour period.

Interesting.

ACLU against Christians get a big back lash here. ACLU against Muslims well everyone's mum. Whyzzat double standard?

Well, as has been demonstrated even on this site, Islam is viewed by some as the 'bad religion,' when compared to either Judaism or Christianity. (Despite them all being more or less sects of the same thing.)
Muslims are deemed almost as untrustworthy as those with no religion at all.

Having said all of that, I agree with the ACLU here.
