AIPAC working to make sure Budget cuts don't effect Israel

Well, who can blame them really. No-one wants to give up free money. Now certainly the same craven lobbying for gobs of taxpayer largess is done by the US military industrial complex, banks and corporations but at least they sometimes accidentally pay some US taxes.

Is there a lobby group that has decided not to fight for it's cause? And Israel receives a lot of cash that it uses to test or develop military equipment the US intends to use. Sounds like a legitimate use of Pentagon money to me.

But let's single out the Jews to make them look bad. Once again.

i dont agree with your assessment... thats a hate jews and not hate israeli government argument and it makes you convicted of antisemitism by falsely promoting it for your own purpose.. anything anti israel is anti jew.. right? no such thng as jaipac? really?

history lesson short and sweet

Israeli policies and actions are always fair game for criticism so long as the criticism is fair. It's true that quite often fair criticism of Israeli policies and actions are countered with accusations of antisemitism and that's really just a way to deflect and turn the tables. That's a despicable dirty trick that I have no respect for as it makes it near impossible to address real problems. However, some people who unfairly criticize Israel like to hide behind this and pretend they are being fair and claim that the accusations of antisemitism are unjustified even if they really are.

True but most of the groups that advocate for foreign countries have to register as foreign.

Do they? I have no idea to be honest. And Googling for it didn't show that anyone needs to register as foreign, but I may not have Googled the right words. What I do know however is that AIPAC isn't really a PAC. To be one you need to actually contribute cash to a political campaign, and AIPAC doesn't do that. At least not officially and not directly and that's all that really matters. So it basically boils down to a bunch of American citizens contributing to political campaigns that just happen to be aligned with AIPAC.

Check FARA and then have a look at the selective enforcement section.

It boils down to the fact that Israel puts money into AIPAC, AIPAC gets money for Israel, Israel reinvests some of that into AIPAC. If you want to get a seat in government and especially if you want to be president you HAVE to come to AIPAC. No campaign can ignore them - which is pretty amazing for such a tiny minority to wield such sway. There are lots of lobbies and PACs but AIPAC leaves them in the dust. AIPAC funnels plenty of money to political campaigns through a network of PACs it controls. Just watch the politicians trip over each other rushing to show which of them loves Israel more - no other country can match that influence in US politics - including the US.

Name another country that could get a bill sponsored that states that the US would help them if they attacked some other country.

Oh, but it's non-binding. Guess that's fine then.
