Yes and no, respectively. But Chilton is a regulator and it's his job to be writing the financial regulations so it is interesting to see what he sees as the areas he needs to work on and what are the political obstacles in the way.

OK, home for work and with a bit more time on my hands so will at least give the first one a watch.
 
Ended up watching both. You're right, it is interesting.
I just was a teency bit pushed for time earlier today and felt I needed to have some idea of what I was giving up 25 minutes for. :D

Yup. Pretty much.
And, on the gold front, I'm happy that Chavez wants his gold back. I'd like to see Libya hang on to its gold too. I hope everyone else wants to take possession of their gold - but that's only slightly influenced by the gold I hold. :)
