EDIT: But honestly, that's clearly not what he said. He said the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) has published a document and has placed it online for everyone to see. Now, the IAEA is the same organization that said Iraq was NOT building a bomb. Their track record seems pretty good so far. There's no reason to not believe the IAEA, even if a bozo like bibi quotes them.
