"All of this is not only putting new pressures on you, it is putting new pressures on our country and on our democracy."

"all kinds of arguments" was considered so important for the United States that the principle is enshrined in the First Amendment.
So according to the "Community Organizer in Chief", freedom of opinion and diversity of thought is a now a threat to democracy.
