British copyright law changes aren't all dire

It seems like it's going to be legal to copy your CDs to your iPod for example. This seems to be part of the process of "harmonizing" copyright law so presumably the nasty downsides are probably in there too but you can't have everything.

Also, blanket website blocking for hosting (c) material seems to be out - probably because of that recent court case.
