California To Wal-Mart: Enough! No More Taxpayer Subsidized Profits For You

Walmart is a dirty scumbag company. I am happy to see Walmart get slammed, but I worry what legislation like this will do to small startup businesses.

Small startup businesses are the ones who actually pay taxes already. If big companies have to pay up then it should make small ones more competitive.
