Sixty-seven years ago. Thought we ran on a tighter news cycle than that.

We had forced sterilizations of natives from time to time, the mentally "simple" got the snip too. The 30s was a great time for this sort of thing, the height of Eugenics and the US was an enthusiastic practitioner.
