Hey,

The first volley has been served, but not in the way I had imagined. I ended up going with WordPress and BuddyPress instead of a very expensive SocialEngine. Wasn't my first choice, and I'm still figuring it out, but check out http://dailygrinch.com to see it in action.

Also, I'm trying to figure out the Social Media marketing aspect and created a facebook page for it which might be easier to follow; https://www.facebook.com/dailygrinch

Any hints or tips from professionals would be appreciated.

those idiots are playing with this retarded idea that people "need" to use their given names. I guess these jackasses never heard of 'professional names'. (and I'm NOT changing my online name)

last fall they had a run in with the LGBT community and I guess they learned nothing.

and once you are unable to get on facebook there's no way to contact them.
