I should also point out it's apparently a fake but funny all the same.
 
At first i felt sorry for Denmark, being placed in the group of death, but they seemed to have dealt with it quite nicely so far.

Now Greece needs to beat the Czechs, but they're probably looking for revenge from 2004. Should be a good game.

Any takers on France vs England? tied at 1-1 at the half. I thought this might be England's year, but it seems France has recovered well from the World Cup fiasco.
 
France looking better so far but a close game.

Usually the team who wins the tourney (notable exception in 2008) has a slow start so it's difficult to predict.
Remembering how your guys won it (is that really eight years already?), everyone has a chance.

I'll be boring though and predict another championship for Spain. :D

Although I don't think anyone has ever retained this trophy so perhaps it wouldn't be that boring after all.
 
It would be something for Spain to win, as they're the defending Euro champs, but also World Cup champs. Winning three major tournaments in a row would be quite something. However, I really wanted to see Spain trounce Italy but was left disappointed.

I only saw a bit of the second half. Greece seems to be a second half team. I heard they had a goal disallowed in the first half that was rather questionable. Oh well. Now Greece has to win against Russia to have a chance.
 
Dutch two down to the Germans at the break.

Could be end of tourney for them.
 
2-1 for Germany now, but I tend to agree with your assessment. Too bad Denmark didn't win against Portugal. And damn those Russians for not beating Poland.

Bugger, that's not so good. It's been a pretty decent competition so far.
Of course, I'd enjoy it even more if Scotland had made it. Unfortunately we're absolutely mince.

There are, although I'm a little unsure of the, aherm, legality.

If you do a web search for something like, "p2p football," I imagine you'll find a few links. ;-)

First time I've ever seen that.
 
Thanks for the post. I was swearing at my Android app, it kinda stopped after the first few minutes and I was wondering what was up with that? I guess they never covered the special case of a game interrupted due to storm. Now I know.

Great game today for Spain. They had great ball control, so much so they kinda reminded me of Harlem Globe Trotters. The Italians had a front row seat to the Spanish school of football. I almost felt sorry for them.
