RNC has paid over $150,000 for clothing, haircuts, and makeup for McCain and Palin. This includes nearly $5K for Palin's hair and makeup.

Edwards $400 was expensive but 1/10th as much as Palin for 1 month.

So besides the RNC paying $150K to clothe the candidates. It turns out there was over $20K that Palin charged to tax payers to fly her kids on planes with her.

There are a couple of things going on here. The first is Palin's just the average hockey Mom is clearly a lie. I doubt all the hockey Mom's combine spend $150K in 1 month on outfits. The second is Palin appears to be loose with money. No economic change on those horizons but a continued borrow and overspend seems to be model she's actually following.
 
I guess it's easy to have lots of kids if someone else pays for it

Obama spent $5.3 million for his Greek Temple at Invesco Field and still is receiving invoices from contractors.
