I'm surprised there isn't a conspiracy theory out on this already. Waco cult siege ended April 19, 1993. The explosion occurred exactly twenty years later, almost to the day (April 17, 2013). Don't conspiracy nuts love coincidences like this? Where's Alex Jones?
