2 people contributed over $1.4Million to their church. They did so to help prep the church for Doomsday. Christians crying 'The End is Neigh' has happened since the beginning. Along with many things the church says this has always been false.

What do you do? Leave the church and sue for your money back. A church lies

I guess there people never stopped to wonder if God is all powerful why can he not prep his followers himself? Afterall God provides for the Lillies in the field certainly he'll provide for you.

Puts me in mind of all the Jehovah's Witnesses who got similarly duped during the 1970's when similar claims were made by them.

And in case you're wondering, no, none of them got a dime back.

Well, this gets to the crux of it, doesn't it? Most religious claims can be shown up for the fantastical bollox they really are by simply applying the merest amount of logical scrutiny.
