Not long after the Philadelphia clock tower chimed to mark the 9 p.m. hour Friday, police picked up almost two dozen teens during enforcement of the city's new curfew.

Martyr complex much?

Just as in the uk, the overwhelming majority of rioters were black. funniest point in the whole thing over here: sky news reporter interviewing a guy whose business was torched tells the guy that he couldn't say they were all black. after a moments thought he said to the interviewer "no, you're right, one of the people there was white - me".

No not really. The concept of racially profiling or any profiling is a powder keg, at least in the USA. Because of PC we have 6 year old girls being molested in airports while women. In PA the flash mobs were 100% black and targeted random people with violence. I can understand the curfew but wish they would go a step further. Some of those violently attacked were under aged white kids. As insult to injury they are also now under curfew with likely equal enforcement.

It has to be universal to be constitutional. Airports are a different animal since it's not considered public access and it's dealing with commerce in a federal setting. There they could (and evidently are beginning to) focus on specific individuals like Israeli El Al does after questioning passengers who fit a danger profile. Thankfully, they have seen the light and beginning to leave the pilots alone and not subject them to radiation bathes or groping.

Red as much as I hate the Patriot Act and laws 'PC'ness is not to blame for someone's actions. It's a bad person who should be jailed.
