OMGWTF Global cooling?

October snowfall is rare in New York, and Saturday marked just the fourth October day with measurable snowfall in Central Park since record-keeping began 135 years ago, the National Weather Service said.

This whole post is beyond idiotic but you're just trol... ehm.... trying to get a reaction, aren't you?

;)

I already said I would go along with your own trolling. You need me to confirm this twice?

But seriously my first post was very valid ..

Your first post was completely invalid on at least two levels.
If you honestly can't see this, perhaps you are not trolling and really do believe your own jibberish.

Record snowfall for “Climate Justice Day” in New York!

Oh, The irony!

"Children just won't know what snow is" - Dr David Viner, a senior research scientist at the climatic research unit (CRU) of the University of East Anglia (2000)
Red you're critiquing the politic here, not the science. Dr. Viner's statement here didn't have any scientific work cited. We find no validation of Viner's statements. We find no peer review.

The mistake made is you're accepting Dr. Viner's word because he's a scientist. True science avoids such arguments from authority. Just becase 'Dr' is in front of his name doesn't mean anyone should take his word as gospel nor an oracle. Instead it's through the scientific method that his statements are, or are not, validated.

Without some science cited at best we have to conclude his statements are political drama. If you can find us the experiments that collaborate the Dr's statements it would demonstrate that it really was at least an attempt at science.

He knows all this but any time the weather is a bit colder than expected, out comes this quote as though it somehow means something.

No, he isn't. He's doing nothing of the sort.
What's actually going on here is that Dr. Viner's hyperbolic (and rather silly) statement is being used as a stick to beat the entire scientific method with, gleefully and relentlessly*, every time there's an unseasonal cold snap.
It's simplistic and, in my opinion, pathetically childish but seems to give some sort of illusion of vindication.

*see also Al Gore.

60% of the trees and plants are still green. We really didn't have a Fall season.

The problem with having more fuel efficient cars, more energy efficient homes is?

Free market will dictate more efficient products where it makes sense. That is not what Global Warming is about. Global Warming is about enslaving the masses for the benefit of the ultra-wealthy through carbon taxes and other assorted crimes against humanity.

But there isn't a free market. There is a massive oil infrastructure and a power structure that is based on world dependence on oil. The elite need the world to remain heavily addicted to massive oil use so that they have a string to pull on. So much of their world policy is dedicated to maintaining and acquiring control over oil fields and oil producing nations and that would all be for nothing if everyone in the world found ways to get off oil. Making sure the world stays fossil fuel dependent is part of the plan of controlling the world by controlling oil.

And yet here in frigid Winterpeg, we're still experiencing above average temperatures and it hasn't even snowed yet. This has to be the warmest, driest year ever for this part of the world and by a huge margin. Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining. It was too hot and dry even for mosquitoes so it was a truly a great summer/fall. I still have my summer tires on!

Minnesota is relatively close to Winnepeg. *Much closer than Alabama for example* Oct was our 8th warmest on record. Beating every year for the last 48 years.

Yeah but you're missing the central argument here, Mike: there was a wee bit of snow in NY so that trumps the rest of the planet and proves that global warming is the biggest crime against humanity in the history of mankind.
