Because Palestine doesn't count as a democracy because they vote for the wrong people ... that leaves Israel (and Iran, but again, voting for the wrong guys - and Iraq, who want to vote for the wrong guys but luckily the US troops and spooks are there to prevent that).

No women politicians please

Ha. Well, OK, I cheated. That's in a West Bank settlement so technically not in Israel at all but don't think you can tell them that and live.

I thought that Lebenon was also a democracy? Or doesn't it count because of all the filthy sand n****rs and mooooosleeeeeems that live there?

Back on topic, it really doesn't surprise me that this happened in a settlement area - those places are known even in Israel to be the preferred choice of the fundamentalist sects within Judaism.

The buys in the settlements are, to a large extent, so batshit that Israel doesn't actually want them - but is happy to use them against the Palestinians to grab more land. Once Palestine is fully subjugated these "colonists" will start spilling over borders doing exactly the same thing - grabbing land.

I don't know what they are classed as, but they are not European.

Not quite. Western side of Istanbul is Europe. Cross the bridge and you're in Asia.

As an aside, Israel is considered European for sporting purposes...... no, I don't get it either.
