Even the IMF says - Austerity doesn't work.

And I do agree with Lagarde. It's not that austerity is the problem, but too much of it for too long and without any plans for growing the economy is a bad thing. Many of the changes forced on Greece are changes that needed to be done, but changes of that magnitude need to be done over a longer period of time and also done while also helping the economy grow. The Germans I think have good intentions, but fail to realize that what works for Germans isn't going to work for Greeks. I hope Lagarde gets that through to them.
