Funny, I didn't realize that was Winnipeg Police hard at work until I saw the second cruiser show up. Btw, how can you tell they're city workers? Did they really need 8 (or more?) cops to take down a guy who voluntarily went down? Meanwhile break ins, murders and organized crime (HA's, Zig Zags and Indian Posse in particular) are rampant in the city, I wonder why... I swear Winnipeg police do only one of two things - set up radar traps or beat up drunken natives. Makes our city oh so lovely.
