Woke Chic Demands Sperm Donor Pay Child Support​


This video may or may not be satire, but there was a real recent incident where a lesbian couple sued their sperm donor and WON child support!

Anyone being a sperm donor in the age of wokeism and 5th wave feminism is a complete moron.

A different situation from the lunatic in the video clip. All 3 of those involved in this case are against the ruling and unfortunate victims of not reading the small print properly.
All three of the adults involved in the child’s conception objected to DCF’s motion for summary judgment. J.L.S. opposed DCF’s motion on the grounds that she did not intend Marotta to be a father and that “introducing a virtual stranger into the family unit would violate the right to family integrity.” A.B. objected on grounds that recognition of Marotta as a presumptive parent would mean that she would be replaced, since a child cannot have three legal parents.

You'd like to think there would be some accommodation in law for such situations. It really should fall on the ex-partner to provide child support but that's not what the law says.
As for the other lunatic, she deserves to be lampooned and I feel sorry for her poor kid, having such an arsehole for a mum.

My opinion on the whole concept of sperm donors has shifted extreme hard right. Having raised 4 kids and now heavily involved in 2 grandkids, the very idea is deeply flawed. Kids should only be born from 2 biological parents with zero exceptions.

As someone who was adopted at 6 weeks old and brought up by two wonderful but non-biological parents, I disagree.
 
1) please stop using the term "woke" when you don't know what it means. (ps. it only means educated)
2) "5th wave feminism"?? this has nothing to do with feminism and I don't even know what "5th wave" is supposed to be. Feminism has to do with trying to insure equality for all people, even if they are female. Period, the end. It doesn't include kookiness.

Just because this lady is a lesbian it was she AND her partner who supposedly wanted this child. THAT is the family unit that initiated creating this child. The sperm donor didn't want to be a parent. The real question is, why are some people so stupid?
