Five months after a court case which proved that the Bank of America illegally foreclosed on a couple's home (a couple who never even had a mortgage with them), the couple's attorney foreclosed on the Bank of America for lack of payment of the couples' legal fees awarded by the judge. Sheriffs Deputies, and movers went in, cleared out the space of desks, computers, and cash, then padlocked the doors.

Can anyone say "absolutelyfrakkingYay!"?

Allen says this is something that he sees often in court, banks making errors because they didn't investigate the foreclosure and it becomes a lengthy and expensive battle for the homeowner.
I wonder why I don't hear that much on-line or off-line on the major news?
