Here's the quick. BSO sees voter fraud. BSO notifies the supervisor of elections and she does nothing. BSO Sheriff takes the fall in Democrat controlled Broward County.

It doesn't end there. In republican heavy areas this happened. <-That is actually not the best link, just a quick one. There were local reports all night of interviewing people in line waiting to vote at 10PM or later telling them Obama had been declared winner. Heck, the votes didn't get finished counted until today.

In short, you can't blame the governor. I was going to post something in the Democrat dirty tricks thread but I figured I'd be wasting my keystrokes on Whyzzat. I'm sure I am wasting my keystrokes in this thread.
 
% people illegally voted in Broward. Not Rick Scott's fault. The ballot was huge and unwieldy (and designed to intimidate and slow down people who don't have good English)- Rick Scott's fault.
