Former Soviet citizen confronts socialists at OWS

Sounds like the "people's cube" guy, Oleg Atbashian. Probably is but he doesn't show his face. Sounds like the guy and I wouldn't be surprised to see Breitbart running his stuff. They seem to have a working relationship and he lives in New York.

And Capitalism does not mean the same thing as private property. In most of the socialisty countries of Europe they can't take and sell your car if they find pot in it. That's pretty much a "Land of the Free" thing (but includes many parts of Canada as well as UK, Ireland, Italy, South Africa, Fiji, Australia, and Antigua and Barbuda).

How can one have capitalism without private property?

I can only speak for the laws in the State of Florida, to RICO a vehicle, it has to be a felony crime conviction that fits under FL RICO Act (S.S. 895 under Title XLVI). So therefore, it has to be enough pot in the vehicle (over 20grams which is intent to distribute) to warrant it to be seized, RICO'd request sent to a judge, and if there isn't a significant debt attached to the vehicle, it's turned over to the arresting agency for use/disposal. If the vehicle's wholesale worth is less then what's owed on it, the agency isn't going to request it be RICO'd because the lien holder gets the money first. Since most career buttheads don't have great credit rating, they have to pay for their stuff with cash they illegally earned which benefits the arresting dept by that dept selling it or using it.

Dammy, we know how it works. The thing is, it's wrong. A police department's only source of revenue should be from the government.

A quantity of pot that you can often find in police evidence lockers that can be recycled indefinitely.

You can't have a road trip in your car without fuel but is fuel the same thing as a road trip in your car?
Socialists have private property too.

@metalman

Yeah, that's the guy I was thinking of. The propaganda guy who changed his employer.

(didn't watch the whole video but from what I saw it's pretty much his standard stuff word for word from what I've seen from his other talks).
