I awoke on Christmas morning in a Holiday Inn Express near Heathrow airport. Had a completely underwhelming breakfast before heading to the Channel tunnel and on to Paris.
That evening we had truly magnificent and, given the location and circumstances, not *that* expensive Christmas dinner of Lobster and other goodies.
