As disgusting and reprehensible as Gitmo is, the saddest part is that news like this no longer shocks me. The horror has become almost banal for detached observers.

The fact that hellhole is even still open is like a big, neon sign above the Obarnet, screaming, "LIAR - TORTURING LIAR!".
