This is the revenue that Google has to hand over for Adwords for Canadian pharmacies. Apparently this is to protect Americans from our cheap drugs (which are the same drugs the FDA approved for Americans in almost all cases so for some reason when they get sold in Canada they are more dangerous ... should Canadians be concerned that we are being deliberately poisoned by American pharmaceuticals?).
