This is a question for the Huntsville gang. Have there been recent hail storms or other severe weather? The management company just informed me my house has roof damage due to recent hail storms.

I'd request the Management Company send me the date of the storm and the accompanying photos. Certainly if they are telling you about it now the storm must have been recent.
