Actor Henry Gibson has died.

For those old enough to remember, he was the poet on "Laugh-In". Later he was a recurring guest on "Bewitched". For an entire generation, he was the leader of the Chicago Neo-Nazis in the legendary film "The Blues Brothers". More recently he appeared as Judge Clark Brown on "Boston Legal”.

Farewell Henry.

Yeah, I was going to mention this at dinner last night. I really hate to hear the news on this one. I was actually a bigger fan of his "Clark Brown" character on Boston Legal than I was the others, but that's probably because it was more up-to-date and in recent memory..

From the character's "poppycock!" excitations to the episode where he hired Alan Shore (James Spader) to sue the church that promised to "cure him of his same-sex attraction disorder"... Priceless performances from the 60's all the way through 2008.

Thank you Henry, you will be missed.
