Just a matter of time when the NYPD is going to take the gloves off handing these useful idiots. Then you are going to see real cool youtube videos. Not these wimpy clashes like this video with the cops holding back.

's funny, though, because the people have a democratic and constitutional right to peaceably assemble and ask for redress but there is no such right granted by the constitution to the police to beat them up for it.

You hate your country but don't take it out on people that still believe in it's founding ideals. I know you'd rather live under an emperor who makes people pray to Jesus three times a day at the point of a sword but ... there are others who still cling to the secular foundations of liberty laid down in 1776.

or maybe the cops aren't going to take it any more just like the cops in Syria don't seem to be taking it. Is that what you want? A Syrian reaction to protesters?

The cops will take it unless ordered to not or threatened directly.
 
If they can't take it, they're a bunch of pussies. If they can't take it they should be all fired because if you can't handle a bunch of unarmed civilians, how can you handle hardened criminals? I don't see any black bloc in the video but I do see a "robocop" go nuts for no reason.

Except that is not happening. ONOWS is clearly breaking the law by sleeping on the street, crapping on cop cars, and violating other laws besides straight out criminal activity by ONOWS members on Law Enforcement Officers.

Perhaps you should actually sit down and look at US laws and realize just how much criminal activity is being created by the ONOWS members on the City of NY, and on NYPD, and on the people who live or do business in the area that isn't Wall Street at all. If you want a peaceful protest, I suggest you look at Tea Party events, where you see peaceful people, with permits, having rallies, being respectful and thanking law enforcement for doing their job after the events are over with and picking up after themselves. That is not what we are seeing here, until Adbuster's started pushing money into the ONOWS handlers to start washing areas, but the trash is still building up.

I know your not from this country, you wouldn't understand that the ONOWS members are embarking on criminal activities to fool the useful idiots that are joining for a day or two.

Perhaps you should look at the law and realize the enormous crimes of fraud that the top people in Wall St have encouraged and participated in that has resulted in millions of people out of work and hundreds of thousands of families losing their homes, not just in a few blocks of New York but throughout the entire US and all around the world.
Get a sense of proportion. (And cutesy word plays != cogent argument)
