The upcoming report by the International Atomic Energy Agency will make the most detailed charges to date that Iran's nuclear program is geared toward weapons development and military use, several Western diplomats briefed on the report told CNN.

This is part of the pre-attack. So far we've had the wind down of Iraq, the "assassination plot", Israel has been talking about attacking Iran's nuclear facilities, the UK has said it will back a US attack , heck, they drew up the plans together, and now here come the mobile anthrax labs, or WMD or whatever is scary enough to get the people to agree to foot the bill for another campaign. You've seen this movie before but you never seem to learn.

Plus Obama needs to get attention away from the attacks on big banks.

Of course, attacking the actual nuclear facilities (and the Bushehr reactor now running) would be crimes against humanity. Fukushima is bad enough but that was an accident.
