Reminds me of old Nazi propaganda photos I've seen with SS troops helping little kids.

By the way, if civilians are with you, they are human shields - a lot of modern munitions don't care if you are the one in front or the one behind, just so long as you're close together. If the above picture had featured Taliban you bet the caption would be different.

Finally got to view the video. Way too simplistic for me, but I still think Ron Paul is the country's best chance. I would support pulling our bases, but we would most certainly have to become somewhat isolationist. Pull out and let the rest of the world tear themselves apart. We can sell weapons to any rouge nation, even when they use those weapons to invade Canada.

The US would never let that happen. Canada has too much oil (and we share a border). A fact that you continually fail to acknowledge.

The USA has vast natural resources of its own and the potential to be the leader in alternative energy. It is time to think differently about what interests it should be protecting, including Canada.
