Impotent Rage is an animated TV show easter egg appearing on the CNT network in Grand Theft Auto V. The CNT network has a left-wing bias, opposing the right-wing bias of the Weazel network. CNT's slogan is "Where America Vegetates". Impotent Rage is a parody of Captain Planet, a superhero created by Ted Turner that encouraged children to be environmentally friendly.
