What does GCHQ get up to to try to make sure you think the right things and like/hate the correct people? plain old psyops on the internet - at the expense of UK taxpayers. Of course, they aren't the only ones, I'm sure.
This shouldn't be surprising because we already knew perception management ruled in the non-cyber world.
But on the flip side, what gets done with all that information that gets collected from the net and phone calls? Well, people will be people.
