Is Windows 10 really a privacy nightmare?

Don't bother watching the video. It's a pointless "review" which has nothing to do with the actual article.
 
Between this and the forced auto-updates (including drivers - because nothing ever goes wrong with those, right?), I foresee a ruinous class action lawsuit in Microsoft's immediate future when the inevitable happens and they brick people's systems and or "lose" peoples data ala the great Sony break-in of a few years ago.
 
that reminds me...I need to update my Linux OS :p
