The Treasury Ministry says the average interest rate for a 12-month bond in Monday's auction rose to 4.153 percent from 2.959 percent in last month's offer.

It won't likely be Greece that sinks the Euro, but Italy, because even if there wasn't any issue with any other eurozone country, there simply isn't enough money available to refloat an economy that big.
