The woman, according to court documents, fell into a “deep sleep,” at which point Williams raped her.

Williams had been indicted on 10 counts, but prosecutors agreed to dismiss the remaining charges. As part of the plea agreement, prosecutors said they would seek a suspended prison term with five years of supervised probation

Dem Virginia lawmaker may commute to work from jail

Morrissey’s lawyers say that he will be allowed to continue his work in the general assembly and his private law practice as part of a work-release program.

Morrissey maintains that the allegations are false and that the evidence against him, such as naked pictures and explicit text messages, was planted by a jealous friend of the girl who hacked Morrissey’s cell phone.
