A former aide and a former mistress of one-time presidential candidate John Edwards have settled a civil lawsuit between them that, among other measures, mandates the imminent destruction of sex tapes featuring Edwards and the woman.

What we need is a national insurance program so every American can make a sex tape, its unfair that a affluent few Americans have interns on the payroll and others do not, everyone needs a chance to show what they're capable of doing ...
